Ron "Rhandu" Adams is a native of Brooklyn, NY who is a creative self-motivated professional & literary artist offering over 16 years of extensive experience in the development and implementation of youth programs for behavior modification, behavior management and conflict Resolution. Ron Adams is the Director & CEO of Resolutions: Teen Behavior Management Consultants, an agency offering alternative educational programs for youth at-risk & juvenile delinquents.   In addition to programs developed for youth at-risk, Ron has offered a wide array of youth-oriented programs to provide educational, cultural and recreational activities in the community.  The programs Ron implements gives young people a strong sense of self- awareness and self-esteem, at the same time, an opportunity to have fun and socially interact in a positive & healthy way. 

From 2002-2008, Ron Adams served as the Consulting Director for
M2 Foundation For Kids, a nonprofit organization founded by
NFL's Wide-Receiver Muhsin "Moose" Muhammad.  During his 6 year tenure with the M2 Foundation For Kids, Ron created and implemented
age-appropriate programs for young men 12-18 years of age and was responsible for helping the foundation raised over $1 million in private donations & grants. Ron Adams has also delivered inspirational lectures that were considered unorthodox, but proven effective, because of the realistic content relating to the culture of today’s young people of all socioeconomic backgrounds & ethnicities.


Erica Bailey currently resides in Charlotte, NC. She has lived in Greensboro, NC and in Northern Virginia while studying to get a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology as well as earning an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources. Erica Bailey has provided staff development, character development, personal growth and leadership trainings to area school districts in the state of North Carolina. Ms. Bailey has also facilitated jod readiness and money management workshops. She has worked with various agencies in Mecklenburg County to facilitate programs on career development, and health awareness. Erica has also worked with adolescents & families of various ethnicities by facilitating workshops/seminars on financial education.

Reggie Singleton is a highly acclaimed motivational speaker, consultant, trainer, and health educator. He has been the directed “A Males Place” Program, Mecklenburg County Health Dept. for over twelve years and has successfully initiated programs such as: Rites of Passage, Manhood training, Date with an Angel, and Role Modeling Fatherhood. Mr. Singleton conducts parent education and fatherhood programs for Head Start and has collaborated with various other agencies.
